Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. The practitioner will place their hands lightly on or over specific areas of the client.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy".
ThetaHealing
ThetaHealing® is a globally recognized practice of meditation and spiritual ideology brought forth by Vianna Stibal. It is designed to enhance well-being by harmonizing the mental, physical, and spiritual aspects of an individual through a connection with the Creator of All That Is. The practice involves both the therapist and the client entering a state of meditation together, fostering an energetic environment that facilitates the transformation of entrenched beliefs into positive, life-affirming ones, impacting energically the individual on a celular level.
